Our Office of People & Culture is seeking a full-time Employee Success Specialist to join our growing team of employee-owners. This role will provide critical support & capacity in nurturing the employee experience and stewarding our employee-ownership culture through Recruitment, Workforce Development, New Hire Onboarding, Training & Certification Management, and Employee-Owner Engagement activities.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses the ability to work cross-functionally & professionally with internal and external stakeholders and is motivated by continuous learning & process improvement. Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination, execution, and administration of all recruitment activities, including candidate screening phone interviews, interview scheduling with hiring teams, candidate communication, and data tracking in our HRIS/ATS.
- Assist in the design and delivery of new employee orientation, ensuring new hires have an exceptional onboarding experience. This includes the coordination of pre-hire activities (parking registration, day-one communication, and scheduling).
- Coordinate a variety of training, learning, & development programs, certification management, monitor vendor training requirements, and career growth & skill development for employee-owners.
- Lead & implement workforce development initiatives, specifically higher education partnerships, outreach activities, and internship & apprenticeship programming.
- Collaborate and work on a variety of special projects related to employee-owner recognition & appreciation. This includes vendor relationships with our SE store, service award program, anniversary photo wall, and collaborating with our Marketing department.
- Lead and support a variety of company events, community impact activities, employee-ownership education, and wellness programs.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years’ experience with recruitment, new hire onboarding, interview coordination, workforce development, and/or human resources strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to relate to all internal and external customers, from a wide variety of backgrounds, in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, managers, and employee owners across the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining an eye towards detail.
- Possess comfort with change, possesses agility, open-mindedness, and adaptability in the face of changing and shifting priorities.
- Comfortable speaking and presenting to groups of individuals virtually, in person, and in hybrid environments.
- Possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, eagerness to solve problems and try out solutions.
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams) required. SharePoint, ConnectWise Manage & Paylocity preferred.
- Maintain high ethical standards and a commitment to upholding integrity within the organization, specifically as it relates to confidentiality around employee relations and personnel information, and strictly adhering to company policies and guidelines regarding conflicts of interest.
Work Location & Schedule
- This is a hybrid role with a required onsite presence at our offices at least 2 days a week, standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
- This role requires occasional travel to our different offices, career fairs in New England, and networking events. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
