We’re seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our Project Management team. This team plays a critical customer-facing & leadership role, managing complex projects from production through project close in a collaborative team environment.

Every day, you can expect to lead and work with internal and external stakeholders to manage technical project planning, resource scheduling, and implementation. You will be exposed to a wide variety of technology solutions and work with hundreds of customers across a variety of industries in Northern New England and beyond.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player who enjoys leading project teams, has an interest in technical solutions and problem solving, and being surrounded by continuous learning opportunities.


  • Lead, participate in, and coordinate the activities of multiple concurrent technical projects including but not limited to Managed IT services rollouts, network security, modern desktop, and workstation deployments.
  • Help design, plan, and schedule a variety of technology solutions for customers across a range of industries.
  • Develop communication plans and deliver progress reports on a weekly basis.
  • Define and develop resourcing schedules, identify milestones for project implementations and proactively address changes in scope, identify issues and manage changes.
  • Work with customers, account managers, and engineering teammates to handle service requests and facilitate problem resolution.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Understanding of computer technologies and services is required, experience in a Managed Services environment a plus.
  • Some knowledge of established PMBOK and/or project management methodologies is desired.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and time management skills are essential.
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate across virtual collaboration platforms and facilitate meetings.
  • Ability to recognize and defuse potential or actual difficult situations and quickly adapt to changing situations and priorities is required.
  • A desire to work with teammates from a wide variety of backgrounds and engage in constant learning opportunities to grow skills.
